-Mastery level of knowledge of the Defense Acquisition Program Management policies and activities. This includes significant knowledge of the wide range of technical and business system, process and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition, the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System.
-Ability to lead a team of individuals possessing diverse skills engaged in Defense Acquisition program activities. This also includes a sound understanding of matters dealing with team formation, team training, and professional development.
-Ability and experience to communicate at the highest levels both orally and in writing and demonstrated Mastery of skills in problem solving and decision-making techniques.

The NMESIS Integration Team Lead will synchronize program execution and acquisition efforts across three teams-ROGUE, Launch, and Fielding and Sustainment-for Block 0, 1, and 2 systems. NMESIS is a Marine Corps land-based capability that augments current and future U.S. surface, subsurface, and airborne forces to deter and, when necessary, engage threat surface ships, denying enemy access to sea lanes while enabling U.S. surface combatants.
A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.
Superior Qualifications, Recruitment Incentive, and/or Relocation Incentive may be offered based on command funding and within applicable regulations.
