- You will serve as the Action Officer responsible for documenting, analyzing, and providing recommendations to enhance personnel administration management.
- You will provide recommendations to enhance Financial Management processes effecting the Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS) and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) accounting system, and generalized risk management principles.
- You will participate in and lead enterprise/local audit analyses, Business Process Improvement (BPI) projects, training, or initiatives.
- You will provide Full Financial Statement Audit (FFSA) support.
- You will develop and maintain the Risk Management and Internal Control Program (RMICP) framework and maintain visibility of external audits of operations, functions, programs, and processes.
- You will develop and maintain End-to-End (E2E) Business Process Narratives (BPNs) for Hire-to-Retire (H2R)/ MILPERS / MILPAY business processes.
- You will support the development, integration, and assessment of strategic objectives by applying structured analytical approaches and ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
