Job Description

Duties

  • Ability to plan and prepare technical expertise for USCYBERCOM.
  • Complete performance measures for personnel actions of the Army Cyber Workforce.
  • Provide recommendations for command levels on policy and procedures.
  • Review financial concerns and provide effective organization and resource utilization.
  • Carry out program management and analysis for workforce development.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
  • The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam.
  • This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R.
  • Must pass urinalysis testing, as required, prior to appointment, reassignment, or transfer and periodically thereafter.
  • The incumbent must meet NSA personnel security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1.
  • Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft up to 20% of the time.
  • The incumbent may be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime.
  • TDY travel may be required up to 20% of the time.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Applicant must have one year of directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by 1) Preparing technical analyses for senior leadership decision-making; 2) Conducting complex studies utilizing advanced analytical and statistical methodologies; 3) Providing strategic technology guidance and recommendations to senior leaders; and 4) Formulating recommendations for command-wide policies.
