<br><br>><br><br>Mid-Level Systems Engineer<br><br>Command Post Technologies, Inc.<br><br>Mid-Level Systems Engineer<br><br><a>Dahlgren, VA</a><br><br>Description<br><br>CPT is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to support the Gun Weapon Systems Division (E30) at NSWC Dahlgren. This role directly supports U.S. Navy gun weapon system development, evaluation, and sustainment programs in a collaborative, mission-critical environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Perform systems requirements management, systems engineering design, and integration engineering for E30 Gun Weapon Systems programs.</li><li>Conduct system trade studies, interface analysis, and design documentation in support of program objectives.</li><li>Utilize systems engineering software tools to maintain requirements traceability and manage technical baselines.</li><li>Support test and evaluation engineering activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting.</li><li>Participate in and lead system design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and engineering working groups.</li><li>Develop and maintain systems engineering artifacts, including ConOps, system specifications, and ICDs.</li><li>Coordinate with government engineers and program managers to support systems engineering process compliance.</li></ul><br><br>Requirements<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.</li><li>2–5 years of professional experience in systems engineering, integration, or test and evaluation.</li><li>Experience performing systems requirements management and utilizing systems engineering software tools.</li><li>Familiarity with DoD systems engineering lifecycle processes.</li><li>Active Secret clearance required.</li></ul><br><br><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience</strong><br><ul><li>Experience with Gun Weapon Systems or naval surface warfare systems engineering.</li><li>Familiarity with MBSE tools and methodologies (SysML, Cameo, DOORS, or equivalent).</li><li>Experience supporting formal design reviews within a DoD acquisition program.</li></ul><br><strong>About</strong> <em><strong>us</strong></em><strong>:</strong> We are Command Post Technologies, Inc.
