Depot Airline Maintenance SME
Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Depot Airline Maintenance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a federal aviation modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in aircraft depot maintenance, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) operations, and aircraft maintenance systems. This role will support mission-critical maintenance operations by optimizing depot-level MRO processes and collaborating with technical and functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Provide subject matter expertise for depot-level aircraft maintenance operations
- Support Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) business processes
- Analyze and improve maintenance workflows and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to optimize maintenance systems
- Provide guidance on depot airline maintenance best practices
- Support implementation and enhancement of MRO solutions
- Assist with troubleshooting operational issues
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities when needed
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Located in or near Warner Robins, GA (preferred)
- 4+ years supporting aircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) systems
- 4+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of depot maintenance operations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with Impresa software
- Familiarity with Change Management methodologies
- Experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM)
