Oracle EBS Receivables Functional Lead (Projects Billing, AR & Costing)

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Receivables Functional Lead to support a federal client in delivering enterprise Oracle E-Business Suite Financials solutions. This position requires a senior functional consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Receivables (AR), Oracle Projects Billing, Oracle Costing, and Public Sector Accounting. The ideal candidate will lead functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation support throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

As the Oracle EBS Receivables Functional Lead, you will serve as the functional lead for Oracle EBS Financials initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client leadership to deliver high-quality Oracle EBS Receivables solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead Oracle EBS Receivables (AR) functional implementation activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and facilitate client workshops
• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend Oracle EBS best-practice solutions
• Design end-to-end Oracle EBS Receivables solutions
• Configure Oracle Receivables, Projects Billing, and Costing modules
• Work closely with development, technical, integration, and security teams
• Lead functional testing including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support deployment, release management, and production implementation activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Receivables functional issues and defects
• Support data conversion activities and validation efforts
• Review training materials and support end-user training sessions
• Create and manage client deliverables and project documentation
• Provide leadership and mentorship to functional team members

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of Oracle EBS Functional experience
• Advanced experience with Oracle EBS Receivables (AR)
• Strong functional experience with Oracle Projects Billing
• Strong functional experience with Oracle Costing
• Experience supporting Public Sector Accounting
• Experience conducting Business Requirements Analysis
• Hands-on experience performing Fit-Gap Analysis
• Experience leading Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)
• Oracle EBS functional configuration experience
• Experience supporting testing and deployment activities
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting experience
• Demonstrated experience leading Oracle functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations
• Oracle Financials implementation experience
• Federal or Public Sector Oracle EBS project experience
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP modernization initiatives
• Experience working within Agile project environments
