GSA Data Analyst 1

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting firm committed to our Government customers. We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients. Additionally, TRG's Technology Solutions Division develops Virtual tools and applications benefitting the public sector clients we serve. TRG is seeking a Data Analyst I to join our team in a hybrid role supporting the General Services Administration (GSA) and TRG Technology Solutions. This position is full time hybrid (telework/remote/on site) - 8 hours per day / 5 days per week. TRG and GSA laptops will be provided.

Key Responsibilities (GSA Team)

• Assist government in determining fair and reasonable pricing by conducting independent Market research on commercial products.


• Support routine and ad hoc data analytics and report development utilizing multiple data sources and systems.


• Support process documentation by working with government points of contact to capture and standardize operational processes.


• Perform Low Code/No Code Application maintenance and troubleshooting of program tools.


• Daily Operations support as needed - Meeting facilitation and documentation.

Key Responsibilities (Technology Solutions Team)

• Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing internal Power Apps applications and Power Automate flows, escalating issues to senior developers as appropriate.


• Support testing of application changes prior to deployment, identifying issues across a range of user scenarios.


• Support data organization and integrity within SharePoint lists and Dataverse tables underlying internal applications.


• Assist with development and maintenance of system documentation to support internal knowledge sharing.


• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive manual processes within internal operations.


• Complete well-defined enhancement requests independently as proficiency develops, under the guidance of senior team members.


• Research platform capabilities and best practices to inform recommendations as new business needs arise.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to learn new software tools quickly, work independently to resolve unfamiliar problems, and communicate effectively when raising questions or escalating issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required.


• Two years+ of relevant professional experience is required.


• Demonstrated ability to learn new software tools independently through documentation, training resources, and self-directed practice.


• Strong attention to detail, particularly when testing, reviewing, or validating work product.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Genuine interest in technology, process improvement, and applied problem-solving.


• Ability to reliably manage responsibilities in a hybrid work environment across a full-time schedule with divided responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework or independent projects involving Excel formulas, basic scripting, databases, or low-code platforms such as Power Platform, Google AppSheet.


• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace as an end user.


• General understanding of how spreadsheets, forms, and workflows interrelate within a business process.
