POSITION OVERVIEW
STi is seeking a Project Manager to support the DLA Weapons Logistics Support Services contract mission efforts. This role will provide overall management, coordination, and execution oversight for analytical, program management, project management, planning, and business process support provided to DLA Weapons Support directorates and Industrial Support Activities.

The ideal candidate is a cleared Federal logistics/program management professional with direct experience supporting DLA, DoD logistics, supply chain operations, acquisition support, business process improvement, workload tracking, and executive-level reporting. This role is especially suited for a candidate who understands DLA mission operations, Warfighter logistics support, enterprise-level planning, and the coordination required to manage multiple analytical and program support workstreams in a dynamic Government environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:
• Serve as the primary Project Manager responsible for overall contract execution, team coordination, task management, reporting, and customer communication.
• Manage analytical, program, and project management support activities for DLA Weapons Support directorates, including strategic acquisition, business process support, planning process support, and Industrial Support Activities.
• Oversee task assignment, tracking, monitoring, and completion using the Daily workload Utility (DRU) or other Government-designated workload tracking systems.
• Coordinate with Government leadership, CORs, technical points of contact, functional leads, analysts, and project team members to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality support.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, action items, risks, issues, meeting support, and status reporting across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ensure project activities align with DLA Weapons Support priorities, DoD logistics policies, combatant command requirements, and cost-effective logistics support to the Warfighter.
• Support development and review of briefings, executive summaries, white papers, process documentation, reports, meeting materials, and decision-support products.
• Monitor workload trends, staffing needs, performance metrics, and deliverable timelines to support responsive contract performance.
• Provide oversight of contractor personnel, onboarding, task execution, performance standards, and quality control processes.
• Support communication between technical, functional, analytical, and Government stakeholder groups to ensure requirements are understood and executed.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, project risks, resource constraints, and corrective actions to improve operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, security requirements, CAC procedures, data handling expectations, and Government site access requirements.
• Prepare and deliver oral presentations, project updates, status briefings, and written communications for Government leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain professional working knowledge of DLA, DoD logistics, Military Department missions, Congressional activities, and enterprise logistics initiatives impacting DLA Weapons Support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, program management, public administration, operations management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 10+ years of experience supporting Federal, DoD, DLA, military logistics, supply chain, acquisition, business process, or program management environments
• Demonstrated experience managing project teams, task execution, deliverables, schedules, and customer communications in a Government contracting environment
• Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, acquisition, planning, business process improvement, analytics, or operational support programs
• Strong understanding of DoD logistics policies, programs, initiatives, and Warfighter support requirements
• Experience developing and managing project plans, schedules, action trackers, status reports, executive briefings, and decision-support products
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Access
• Excellent oral presentation, technical writing, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively with Government leadership, functional SMEs, analysts, planners, and cross-functional support teams
• Ability to work on-site at a Government/client location and meet all access, CAC, and background screening requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior DLA experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting DLA Weapons Support, DLA Aviation, DLA Troop Support, DLA Land and Maritime, or comparable DLA supply chain/logistics organizations
• Experience with the DLA ODS Reserve Program highly desired
• PMP, DAWIA, FAC-P/PM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related program/project management certification preferred
• Experience supporting strategic acquisition, supply chain planning, business process support, or industrial support activities
• Experience managing analytical teams or data-driven logistics support efforts
• Experience with DLA workload tracking, reporting tools, supply chain systems, business intelligence tools, or enterprise logistics data environments
• Knowledge of combatant command logistics requirements, future logistics capabilities, DLA mission support, and Military Department roles and responsibilities
• Prior experience supporting high-visibility DoD staff actions, executive briefings, Congressional inquiries, or senior leader decision-making products
• Experience managing performance under firm-fixed-price Federal contracts
