Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Tactical Recon & Strike team at Anduril develops aerial small drones (Group 1-3) and all equipment to test, deploy and operate. The team is responsible for taking products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from concepts to operational systems. We work in close coordination with specialist teams to solve some of the hardest problems facing our customers. Within TRS, the Ghost Product Operations team owns the readiness, reliability, and sustainment of Ghost across every fielded deployment, working at the intersection of engineering, customer operations, and mission delivery.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. Ghost is Anduril's mid-sized UAS platform, an expeditionary and modular system that delivers autonomy at the tactical edge. In this role, you will lead the Ghost Product Operations function: improving field failure discovery, mitigation, and resolution; conducting root cause analysis; deploying fixes; and managing incidents across the Ghost fleet. You will set the bar for the team, mentor operators, and shape the processes by which Ghost is sustained. This will require hands-on expertise in debugging complex electromechanical systems and a strong problem-solving mindset at the interface of hardware, software, and networking. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology, advancing national security, and delivering best-in-class operational support, Anduril invites you to join the team.
