This is an opportunity to provide professional insight and joint military medical expertise through assistance to the military health community by analyzing critical military medical capabilities and operational plans required to support the joint operational force and the delivery of care. This position will allow you to work with a client's organization to leverage knowledge of the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and Combat Support Agency organizational structure and missions to conduct analysis of large-scale operational planning and transformation efforts, support drafting policy and doctrine, develop elements of operational exercises, and monitor compliance and effectiveness of military medical support, including care of active duty and other benefi cia ries. As a member of our project team, you'll work directly with experts in Service, Joint, or Defense headquarters with a full comprehension of the DoD Military Health System.

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience with planning, operations, and exercise development in the Military Health System in a Military Department and Joint capacity
• Experience with Micro sof t Office
• Knowledge of the workings of the DoW and healthcare industries
• Knowledge of Service and Joint medical doctrine and medical operations through the continuum of care
• Ability to perform analysis of medical doctrine, exercise development, policy , plans, and operations
• Ability to communicate with senior military officers and government offi cia ls
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience serving in a Joint Task Force, Combatant Command, or Joint Staff position
• Possession of excellent analytical and verbal and written communication skills
• Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
