Program Assistant (5888)

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, has an opening for a highly motivated Program Assistant located in Arlington, Virginia. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of administrative, office and professional support activities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Gather and organize information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved.
  
• Analyze data, develop solutions or alternative practices, recommend new systems, procedures, processes, or organizational change make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports
  
• Confer with managers to ensure that the changes are working.
  
• Review data and enter data to ensure all databases are kept up to date.
  
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Position requires strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and work in a team environment.

Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint management and computer software programs.
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs.

• Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Successful Pass of Ocean Bay, LLC Background Investigation Drug Screening and Credit Check.

Anticipated Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00
