Job Description

Position Description:

Serves as a Program Analyst within the Precision Guided Munitions and Rockets (PGMR) Product Office of the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office, providing daily operational, technical, and programmatic support to the Assistant Product Manager (APM) responsible for Extended Range (ER) GMLRS production. The position focuses on monitoring, coordination with, and assessment of, ER GMLRS production activities at the prime's Camden, AR rocket integration facility and major vendor locations.

This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Provide day to day operational support to the APM for ER GMLRS production.
. Coordinate production related actions between STORM functional areas and the prime integrator (Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control) at Camden, AR and Grand Prairie, TX.
. Track, analyze, and report on production rates, quality and readiness, throughput limitations and constraints, and delivery performance.
. Develop production focused briefings, information papers, budget inputs, and decision materials for leadership.
. Support production planning, including build schedules, obsolescence mitigation, failure review and modernization activities.
. Identify, communicate, and help drive resolution of technical, contractual and programmatic production issues.
. Assist with risk assessment and mitigation strategies specific to ER GMLRS manufacturing.
. Work closely with the Standard Range GMLRS production APM to provide program synergy wherever possible.
. Coordinate responses to internal and external taskers related to production oversight.
. Maintain awareness of contractor performance, engineering changes, testing impacts, and supply chain issues affecting production output.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Experience supporting DoD programs (preferably in production, engineering, or program management).
. Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship and a secret clearance are required
. Ability to interface with multiple functional disciplines (engineering, quality, manufacturing, testing, logistics).
. Strong analytical and communication skills for reporting production status and issues.
. Familiarity with defense manufacturing, assembly, and test processes (preferably missile assembly and related production).
. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to produce high quality briefings and analysis.

Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
. Experience with precision guided munitions, rockets, or missile production.
. Prior support to PAE FIRES, PM STORM, or similar high capacity, production intensive programs.
. Experience coordinating with OEMs (Lockheed Martin strongly preferred).
Familiarity with FMS and cooperative programs, product obsolescence, diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages (DMSMS) management and FAR based contracts.
. Understanding of production readiness reviews, quality escapes, and engineering change impacts.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,800.00 $223,200.00.
