Job Description
COLSA is seeking a Logistics & Sustainment Analyst to support the Army Metering Program (AMP) Program Management Office (PMO) in Huntsville, Alabama. This position provides logistics analysis, asset accountability, data analysis and reporting, lifecycle sustainment support, and decision-support services to ensure the operational readiness and long-term sustainment of Army metering infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support logistics operations, asset accountability, data analysis, and lifecycle sustainment activities for utility metering systems deployed across Army installations.
• Monitor equipment performance, data availability, system reliability, and readiness metrics; analyze trends and identify issues impacting operational effectiveness.
• Analyze logistics, maintenance, metering, and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and informed decision-making.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of metering and asset management data.
• Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, executive briefings, and decision-support products that support program management, readiness assessments, and leadership decision-making.
• Manage inventory accountability, procurement coordination, warranty tracking, repair and replacement activities, and spare-parts sustainment.
• Support cybersecurity readiness activities associated with utility metering systems, operational technology (OT), and communications infrastructure.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, installation personnel, vendors, and technical teams to support program execution and operational effectiveness.
• Support audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and readiness reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and sustainment processes.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience supporting logistics operations, lifecycle sustainment, asset accountability and/or operational readiness within DoD environments.
- U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Experience analyzing operational, logistics, maintenance, or asset management data and developing reports, dashboards, metrics, and recommendations.
- Experience developing executive level briefings and presentations used for decision making.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Experience supporting Army energy, facilities, utility, infrastructure, or metering programs
- Familiarity with Army logistics, readiness, maintenance, or asset accountability systems and processes
- Familiarity with AEWRS, UMCS, ICS/SCADA, RMF, or related technologies
- Experience with SAP, GCSS-Army, DPAS, AESIP, or similar platforms
- Master's degree
