Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a QA Engineer to support NIWC Pacific in San Diego, CA.

Job Description :
The scope of this effort is to obtain systems engineering and software engineering support for development of a DoN business system: NPMA application. The scope of the support will include development of the current NPMA prototype and provide technical expertise to transition the NPMA prototype through testing into a full-rate production.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- The contractor shall translate customer requirements and program needs to develop new and improved concepts, principles, and/or techniques that will advance the body of knowledge of computer science, and adapt and apply advanced computer science methods and techniques to solve complex computer processing requirements.
- The contractor shall apply Department of Defense (DOD) policies, regulations, and procedures to provide technical guidance and acquisition support to DoN and Department of Defense (DOD) programs of record.
- The contractor shall develop, analyze, and validate processes for systems engineering plans, technology readiness assessments, and other engineering processes.
- The contractor shall produce courses of action to solve systems engineering problems, suggest program or process changes, and facilitate process improvements.
Security Clearance :
- Must have a Secret clearance (min.)
- Active CAC and FlankSpeed access
