[About the Role] Join our team in Crestview, FL, as an Electronics Technician Maintenance II (Aircraft Electrician II) and play a vital role supporting C-130J aircraft systems. You will work hands-on with advanced avionics, electrical installations, and modifications, ensuring mission-critical reliability. [Responsibilities] - Install, route, terminate, and test electrical cables, harnesses, and assemblies (Fiber Optic, 1553 Data Bus, RF, Twinax, Triax, Quadrax, Ethernet) on C-130J aircraft - Remove and install aircraft components as needed for modifications and repairs - Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to execute precise installations - Utilize hand tools, power tools, calibrated test equipment, and support gear to achieve quality results - Comprehend and apply safety procedures, maintenance instructions, and operational guidelines - Maintain a clean, FOD-free workspace, ensuring safe and efficient operations - Properly handle, use, and dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations - Perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive movements, overhead work, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in confined aircraft spaces [Required Skills and Experience] - Minimum 4 years of avionics experience in Communications/Navigations, Guidance Control, Electronic Warfare, or Electro/Environmental fields - Proven ability to read and interpret aircraft electrical drawings with strong technical aptitude - Meets USAF 7-Level (Craftsman) or equivalent standard - Eligible for Secret Security Clearance - Demonstrated proficiency with wire routing, cable assembly, and electrical system testing on aircraft [Preferred Skills] - Heavy avionics/electrical systems installation experience - Background in military or commercial aircraft modification installations - C-130J aircraft experience highly desirable - Active Secret Security Clearance - Advanced skill interpreting installation drawings and technical documentation [Benefits] - Competitive compensation - Opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the aviation industry - Work with cutting-edge aircraft technology - Collaborative, safety-focused team culture - Training programs and skills development [How to Apply] Ready to take your avionics career to the next level?
