Position Title: Maintenance Administrative Supply Technician
Location: Fort Leonard Wood, MO
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt-SCA
Employment Class: Full Time - Hourly ($23.41 +$5.09/hour H&W)
Position Summary:
Advancia Government Services is seeking a qualified Maintenance Administrative Supply Technician (MAST) who performs assignments that relates to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations. They also complete the required documentation to maintain accurate durable and non-expendable property accounting for activities and facilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conducts inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization tasks.
• Receives deliveries, verify orders, prepares transfer documents and receipts, tools and admin inventories, requisition repair parts, work-orders, and supplies through Global Combat Support System (GCSS-ARMY).
• Initiate and process logistical information system transactions.
• Performs a combination of tasks such as receipt, storage, issuance of a wide variety of supplies and parts.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate property accountability of durable and non-expendable items/equipment.
• Provides technical assistance in supply matters to USAR units, hand-receipts all equipment to user.
• Duties may increase or change due to unit activity.
Education & KSA Requirements:
Education:
• High School Diploma
• Valid State Driver's License
• 3+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Excellent attention to detail, along with outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal skills and be able to work with others in a team environment.
• Able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
• Military experience or knowledge preferred, be familiar with GCSS-Army or be willing to learn and use system.
• Proficient with computer software systems such as Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Adobe.
