PingWind, in partnership with Clear Creek Federal, is seeking a highly qualified Collective Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support an opportunity with the Department of War. The SME will provide expert collective training support to the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) Headquarters in the development, management, coordination, execution, and assessment of collective training programs for Army Reserve Intelligence forces.
This position supports intelligence readiness across multiple disciplines, including Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), All-Source Intelligence, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Counterintelligence (CI). The successful candidate will work closely with Geographic and Functional Commands (GFC), Army Reserve Intelligence units, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with Army doctrine, operational requirements, and readiness objectives.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review and analyze collective training plans developed by GFCs to ensure alignment with Army doctrine, policies, training strategies, and readiness requirements.
- Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement within proposed training plans and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of collective training exercises across multiple intelligence disciplines.
- Develop comprehensive exercise plans, scenarios, and training objectives that support operational requirements and mission readiness.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts, role players, training facilitators, and other stakeholders to ensure realistic and effective training delivery.
- Facilitate the integration of GEOINT, All-Source Intelligence, SIGINT, HUMINT, Counterintelligence, and other intelligence functions into collective training events.
- Identify, coordinate, and secure training resources, including facilities, equipment, materials, and support services.
- Manage logistical requirements for training events, including transportation, lodging, scheduling, and participant support.
- Develop evaluation criteria, performance measures, and assessment methodologies to determine training effectiveness.
- Conduct after-action reviews (AARs), analyze training outcomes, and identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports, findings, and recommendations to enhance future training programs and intelligence readiness.
- Liaise with GFCs, Army Reserve Intelligence units, and other organizations to ensure effective coordination and collaboration during training events.
- Participate in meetings, working groups, planning sessions, and forums related to collective training and intelligence readiness.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to leverage expertise, resources, and best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of military experience, training, and education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting military intelligence training, readiness, or operations.
- Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and executing collective training exercises within military organizations.
- Working knowledge of Army training doctrine, training management processes, and readiness reporting requirements.
- Experience supporting one or more intelligence disciplines, including GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, All-Source Intelligence, or Counterintelligence.
- Experience developing exercise scenarios, training objectives, evaluation criteria, and after-action reviews.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate of Military Intelligence professional military education courses.
- Experience supporting Army Reserve or National Guard intelligence organizations.
- Experience with the Army Training Management System (ATMS), Digital Training Management System (DTMS), or similar training management platforms.
- Certified military instructor, facilitator, or trainer credentials.
- Experience supporting intelligence readiness, mobilization, or collective training programs at the brigade, division, command, or higher headquarters level.
Travel
- Up to 20% travel may be required to support subordinate unit training missions at various locations throughout the United States.
