Description:This Systems Engineer will support radar production, sustainment, and laboratory operations for the F-35 APG-81 Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar system. The role includes hands-on technical execution across production line support, fielded system sustainment activities, and developmental/integration lab environments. The selected candidate will need to get CAM certified and serve as a Control Account Manager (CAM), responsible for planning, executing, and reporting earned value on assigned work packages.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with JSF/IFG Engineering processes, basic understanding of systems engineering processes. Ability to work in production and lab environments.
Desired Skills:
Exposure to earned value management (EVMS) and CAM responsibilities. Familiarity with LM Engineering program processes, tools, or data systems. Working knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS). Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical material to diverse audiences.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
