Job Description

DTCC leverages event and alert management systems integrated with tools like ServiceNow and PagerDuty, to monitor our infrastructure in real-time, detect anomalies, and escalate them to the appropriate support teams for either reactive or proactive action for incident resolution.
As an Event and Alert Management Senior Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective operation and optimization of DTCC's enterprise Event Management (EVM) solutions. You will contribute technical expertise to EVM projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive improvements in system reliability and incident response through best practices and data-driven insights.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensure EVM tools and systems are properly configured, maintained, and aligned with organizational needs.
• Collaborate with IT, Business, and support teams to understand requirements and ensure EVM solutions align with organizational goals and deliver value.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support to team members, promoting best practices and efficient execution of project tasks
• Analyze and improve event and alert management processes to enhance system reliability and performance and reduce noise.
• Support project execution by contributing to planning, documentation, and delivery of EVM projects and initiatives.

Qualifications :
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Event and Alert Management Technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, PagerDuty).
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including job aids, process documents, and governance materials to support organizational standards.
• Skilled in using Office Applications, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty for event and alert management and reporting.
• Ability to analyze event and alert data to identify patterns and trends, generate insights, and support continuous improvement.
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage with various stakeholders, understand their needs, and communicate updates and findings through clear written and verbal communication
