- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in customer-facing role, managing cloud implementations or transformation programs that support launch or capacity planning, product release management, technical support, escalation management, or consulting.
- Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with current polygraph.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
- Experience communicating complex concepts and influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders at varying levels within an organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical activities across multiple work streams with key stakeholders or delivery partners that focus on cloud architectural advisory, operational excellence, and compliance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as a customer advocate focused on new products, features, and bug fixes that benefit government and education customers.
- Partner with support, product engineering, and site reliability engineering to plan for customer events and launches, and work with customers and support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.
- Manage stakeholder relationships as trusted technical advisor, lead quarterly reviews, host executive sessions, and develop tactical plans that foster successful technical outcomes.
