Management Analyst II

Sayres is seeking a Management Analyst II with  ability to obtain secret clearance  in  in Philadelphia PA.


This is a significant engineering and technical support effort tied to the Navy's propulsion, power generation, and ship systems testing infrastructure located at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The contract supports some of the Navy's most critical land-based test facilities before technologies are installed aboard ships.


Position Summary (Contingent) 


The Management Analyst II provides operational and administrative leadership supporting program execution, communications, scheduling, and reporting activities.


Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and organizational communications.


• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence.


• Support cross-functional coordination among departments.


• Maintain records, action items, and administrative processes.


• Manage virtual meetings and collaboration platforms.


• Assist leadership with operational planning and task management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.


• Minimum 3 years of administrative management experience.


• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools


• Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain
