Program Analyst (E30-2026-25566):
Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst to join our team supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), E Department.
Responsibilities
The Program Analyst will work on site with the client analyzing complex and unique technical support assignments. The candidate will also support procurements and project financial analysis.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

Program Analyst (E30-2026-25566):
Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst to join our team supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), E Department.
Responsibilities
The Program Analyst will work on site with the client analyzing complex and unique technical support assignments. The candidate will also support procurements and project financial analysis.
- Assist in R&D program development, in service support, and procurements of supplies and material supporting the Littoral Combat Ship Gun Mission Module.
- Develop life cycle cost analyses for the LCS GMM projects.
- Understand program management concepts supporting the optimization of cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Provide technical analysis of documentation in support of various events and milestone reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree desired, preferably in business/technical curriculum, High School diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of five (5+) years' work experience in project/program support analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives.
- Experience related to Gun Weapon Systems and/or Navy programs
- Experience developing and testing solutions to solve technical problems in research and development, manufacturing, inspection, and maintenance, and assisting engineers in inspecting products, conducting tests, and collecting data.
- Experience analyzing information, systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 15 to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.
