Blu Omega is seeking a Command and Control Systems Expert to support a federal program focused on mission area. This role operates within an onsite environment and is responsible for supporting future opportunities related to C2 systems, C4ISR, battle management, operational planning, data sharing, communications, and decision-support environments within federal and defense programs. The position requires experience supporting mission systems and operational decision-making environments.

Mission overview: Assist government stakeholders in understanding, assessing, and improving systems that support operational decision-making and mission execution.

Clearance: Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship
Schedule: Primarily onsite; hybrid may be available depending on program requirements. Travel varies by contract.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, planning, and advisory efforts related to command and control systems and mission operations.
• Assess C2, C4ISR, battle management, communications, and mission system capabilities.
• Support requirements development, system assessments, capability analysis, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate how systems, data, communications, and workflows support operational decision-making and mission execution.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, cybersecurity teams, communications teams, program managers, and government stakeholders.
• Support integration planning across mission systems, operational platforms, and enterprise technology environments.
• Develop briefings, white papers, assessments, reports, and decision-support materials for government customers.
• Translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support discussions related to C2 modernization, mission integration, interoperability, and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment with security requirements, mission objectives, and program priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Operations Research, or a related technical discipline
• Experience supporting Command and Control, C4ISR, battle management, mission systems, operational planning systems, or military communications environments
• Understanding of how C2 systems support operational decision-making, mission execution, data sharing, communications, and situational awareness
• Experience supporting technical analysis, system integration, requirements development, documentation, or advisory work tied to mission systems
• Ability to communicate technical and operational findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Active U.S. government security clearance at the Secret level or higher
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance
• Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, Space, or Federal Civilian programs
• Experience with C4ISR, battle management, joint operations, military communications, tactical data systems, mission planning, or operational command environments
• Familiarity with systems integration, interoperability, operational architecture, CONOPS development, requirements analysis, or capability assessments
• Experience supporting technical briefings, white papers, assessments, strategy documents, or decision-support materials
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, data, communications, or secure mission system environments

Compensation
Salary Range: $110,000 - $190,000
Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
