BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- Bachelor's degree and at minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience OR at minimum 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience recruiting technical talent across various engineering disciplines (Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace) or non-technical disciplines (business, production, operations, supply chain).
- Experience using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold or similar ATS platforms.
- Ability to obtain a U.S Government clearance.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) for the Aeronautics sector, who is ready to play a critical role in building the teams that power our mission. This role is designed for a strategic talent partner who thrives at the intersection of business partnership, talent strategy, and organizational impact.
- We're looking for a TABP to own the full cycle of recruiting in our world-class Aeronautics organization. You'll partner directly with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire high-quality technical talent and play a key role in shaping how we grow our workforce.
- Lead full lifecycle recruiting through offer (sourcing, screening, interview support, selection and offer process).
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary recruiting point of contact for assigned business leaders providing guidance on interviewing, candidate evaluation and hiring decisions.
- Conduct detailed strategy sessions to align on role scope, requirements and set expectations of hiring timelines.
- Educate hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, competitive pay packages and setting expectations grounded in data.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics as needed by TA and business leadership.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking and relationship development.
- Assess candidates for technical capability, values, and mission alignment.
- Ensure recruiting activities align with compliance standards and talent acquisition processes including maintaining accurate requisition and candidate data in the ATS.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- Currently located and planning to remain within a commutable distance of the OKC, Oklahoma site locations.
- A strong ability to influence using data and talent market insights.
- Passion for talent acquisition and staying current on recruiting trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship?building skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and matrixed teams.
