Job Description

Responsibilities

Arcfield is seeking a qualified individual for a full-time BYG-1 Submarine Combat Control System (CCS) integration support administrator on-site at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT). The Integration Administrator will be responsible for managing BYG-1 CCS integration media, schedules, and logistical coordination in support of development, test, and platform delivery activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary custodian for all classified and unclassified BYG-1 integration media.
  • Maintain administrator access to the Base-wide Inventory Tracking System (BITS) to manage integration-owned media assets.
  • Ensure all classified integration media is properly designated, tracked, labeled, barcoded, and compliant with applicable security and Code 25 media control standards.
  • Work with the Consolidated Schedule Coordinator and Configuration Management teams to receive delivery notifications, verify build availability on WAIF, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate shipset drive media production and delivery in accordance with approved platform delivery schedules.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for scheduling platform delivery builds within the Consolidated BYG-1 Schedule.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of classified media handling, inventory control, and security compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records in a high tempo environment
  • Ability to obtain Secret-level security clearance
  • HS and 3-4 Years experience

ADDITIONAL (DESIRED) QUALIFICATIONS

  • Military or Government experience
  • Familiarity with BYG-1 integration processes, Configuration Management, and platform delivery workflows
  • Proficiency with BITS, WAIF, and related inventory and scheduling systems

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
