Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience: 7+ years of IT support experience, including senior/onsite support and exposure to system administration tasks
• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
• Certifications (Preferred):
o CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+
o Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Azure Administrator Associate
o ITIL v4 Foundation
• Experience Required:
o Demonstrated senior-level onsite support experience functioning near a junior system administrator level
o Experience coordinating with infrastructure and network teams and supporting LAN closet connectivity
o Experience supporting VIP/executive users with discretion and proactive follow-through
o Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and ServiceNow ITSM
o Familiarity with Zero Trust access controls (Zscaler, NAC, conditional access)
