Job Description

Duties

  • You will serve as department AT and LWF program manager and Training Representative (PRIMARY) point-of-contact for the command for this mandatory training program.
  • You will review and coordinates preparation of actual and projected acquisition workforce training requirements, estimates, and justifications in support of program goals and objectives
  • You will participate with management in preparing detailed plans, budgets, and /or schedules for Department Training Program.
  • You will forecast funding needed to support objectives of the training annual work plan, through extrapolation of current and historical data.
  • You will evaluate, advises on, implements, optimizes, and standardizes department office work methods and procedures, distribution of work assignments.
  • You will Identifies requirements and establishes procedures for maximum use of resources within the office, space management, routine services for emergency repair services.
  • You will perform or oversee content, format, timely distribution, proper authorization, and submission of all department technical program and assessment reporting.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-01 (GS-04 Equivalent),. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience gathering, analyzing, managing documentation synthesizing programmatic data and records systems, including establishing handling procedures, tracking document inventory, and controlling classified or sensitive correspondence, and maintaining organizational web portals to manage document control to ensure policy compliance.

Education

Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows: NH-02:
  • successful completion of a four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree; -OR-
  • a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
