Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled UiPath RPA Developer to support automation initiatives across enterprise environments. This role focuses on designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise-grade UiPath automations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. This role requires experience developing scalable automation solutions using UiPath best practices, integrating with enterprise systems, and leveraging emerging AI-enabled automation capabilities.

Responsibilities
Automation Development & Deployment
Design, develop, test, and deploy stable, secure, and scalable automation solutions using UiPath and REFramework following industry best practices
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive, and high-volume tasks
Build attended and unattended automations using UiPath Studio, REFramework, and related automation technologies
Develop automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase operational consistency
Deploy, monitor, and maintain automations through UiPath Orchestrator, including queue management, scheduling, logging, and asset configuration
Intelligent Automation & AI Integration
Leverage UiPath Automation Suite capabilities to develop enterprise-grade automations across cloud and on-premises environments
Develop and configure UiPath Autopilot experiences to support AI-assisted workflows and user-guided automation
Implement Document Understanding solutions using OCR, machine learning models, and intelligent document processing techniques
Support intelligent automation initiatives utilizing AI Center and related automation technologies
Evaluate and implement AI-enabled workflow enhancements that improve business outcomes and operational efficiency
Systems Integration & Technical Support
Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, web services, and third-party platforms
Support end-to-end process automation across business-critical systems
Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot production issues
Diagnose automation failures, optimize workflows, and implement enhancements
Maintain reliable and scalable automation solutions in production environments
Documentation & Collaboration
Develop and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs), Process Definition Documents (PDDs), technical documentation, and operational runbooks
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
Contribute to automation standards, governance practices, and reusable development frameworks
Process & Quality Support
Perform unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing support, and production validation activities
Ensure automation solutions align with operational requirements, security standards, and development best practices
Maintain reusable automation components and development assets
Support quality assurance efforts through testing, validation, peer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Recommend enhancements that improve automation reliability, maintainability, and business value
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of progressive software development, automation engineering, or related technical experience
1+ year of hands-on UiPath development experience
Experience designing and deploying automation solutions using Agile methodologies
Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Python, C#, VB.NET, or similar
Experience working with APIs, web services, data integration technologies, and database query languages
Knowledge of UiPath Autopilot, AI Center, and intelligent automation capabilities
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to independently diagnose and resolve automation issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
UiPath Automation Developer Associate or Advanced/Professional Certification
Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, AI Center, Maestro, and Automation Suite
Experience with intelligent document processing, OCR technologies, and AI-enabled automation solutions
Experience supporting federal, state, or regulated industry clients
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Reengineering
Experience integrating enterprise applications through APIs and automation platforms
Cloud platform experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
Experience building reusable automation frameworks and enterprise governance models
Experience supporting intelligent automation transformation initiatives
