CenCore is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) to support secure manufacturing, production, and deployment operations for portable and modular Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). In this role, you will monitor work activity, controlled access areas, materials, personnel, and production-related security requirements to help ensure compliance with security procedures, construction standards, ICD-705 expectations, and approved project specifications.

CenCore is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) to support secure manufacturing, production, and deployment operations for portable and modular Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). In this role, you will monitor work activity, controlled access areas, materials, personnel, and production-related security requirements to help ensure compliance with security procedures, construction standards, ICD-705 expectations, and approved project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous surveillance of secure manufacturing, production, and construction-related activities to verify compliance with security protocols and approved project requirements.
- Monitor and support access control processes to help ensure only authorized personnel enter controlled or restricted work areas.
- Observe personnel, contractors, vendors, materials, tools, equipment, and work activities for potential security concerns, safety concerns, or process deviations.
- Identify, document, and report security incidents, suspicious activity, procedural violations, safety concerns, and non-compliance issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, observation reports, incident records, visitor documentation, and other required site security records.
- Coordinate with site security, manufacturing, production, construction, logistics, engineering, quality, and program leadership to resolve issues quickly and maintain mission continuity.
- Perform routine checks of work areas, materials, and activity zones to support secure production, construction security, and site compliance requirements.
- Provide regular updates to site leadership, security personnel, and project stakeholders regarding site status, observed risks, and required follow-up actions.
- Promote safe work practices and support adherence to site safety protocols, PPE requirements, and secure manufacturing expectations.
