You will be the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for leading represented mechanics and avionics technicians in systems testing, ground checks, and flight operations.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

What You Will Be Doing
As the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for overseeing crew performance, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring on-time, high-quality flight-line execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise crews of mechanics and avionics technicians, assigning work to meet tactical and strategic goals.
- Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget while reviewing work for quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and enforce "Clean As You Go" tool-control practices.
- Conduct safety audits, identify risks, and implement mitigating actions in partnership with Flight Line Operations leadership.
- Manage training records, address certification gaps, and support employee-engagement initiatives.
