This is the projected compensation range for this position. - Maintain and update SharePoint sites as a Site Collection Administrator (SCA), leveraging the platform to facilitate internal and external organizational communications.
- Develop branding and communication strategies that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Site Owners, and fellow SCAs to deliver robust, secure, and user-focused SharePoint solutions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, as needed, to create and design infographics for executive-level presentations.
- Provide SharePoint configuration and administration support, including implementing custom web components, developing automated workflows, and optimizing sites to improve performance, usability, and user experience.
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules.
- Ability to coordinate information flow between all programs and organizational managers.
- Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
- Ability to provide a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.
- Experience with UX/UI design and web application development.
- Experience building and creating dynamic web applications using tools and technologies such as JavaScript for client-side validation, external, internal and online Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and Dynamic HTML (DHTML) for presentation on multiple database platforms, including MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle.
- Experience utilizing modern web technologies such as Responsive Design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, Adobe Photoshop, and graphics.
- Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA).
- Proven experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) across multiple SharePoint platforms, SP2010, SP2013, SP2016, SharePoint Subscription Edition (SPSE), and Microsoft 365.
- Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, maintenance, training, and large-scale migrations and conversions.
- Experience ensuring Section 508 and WCAG compliance in web applications, utilizing tools such as HI Software ACCverify/AccRepair and Freedom Scientific JAWS to conduct accessibility audits, remediation, and validation.
- Skilled in creating metrics, building data visualizations, and developing interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, SSRS, and Tableau.
