Sr. Business Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Arcfield is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for on-site support at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT). Provide support with regards to Information Technology (IT) and Information Assurance (IA)/Cybersecurity requirements and security of information systems.

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication skills
• Proficient in information technology and operations management
• Gather feedback for and implement continuous improvement
• Define test strategies including functional, non-functional, regression, automation, security, and performance testing
• Work with development teams to improve overall processes
• Work with external vendors as required
• Attend all meetings as applicable and provide necessary feedback when prompted
• Ability to work independently on problems and projects
• Demonstrate attention to detail in planning, preparing and developing procedures, process documents and other forms of documentation
• A general knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. website tools, and Power Platforms
• Able and willing to learn new as well as existing technologies
• Be a contributing member of a Technical Team

Qualifications

• Strong Math and Microsoft Excel skills
• BS and 8-10 years experience, MS and 6-8 years experience, or PhD and 3-5 years experience
• Agile and waterfall project management experience
• 10+ years in customer service and requirements gathering
• Experience with Oracle or SQL languages
• Learning updates and new applications, and subsequently improving business processes
• Active Secret level security clearance
• Government experience preferred

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
