Job Description
Our Chesapeake, VA team has an immediate need for an IT Technician 3 with demonstrated experience providing tier 2/3 infrastructure support for enterprise-level networks. Primary responsibilities include:
• Serve as subject matter expert for issues that arise on Windows-based enterprise networks
• Respond to and update trouble calls using the Remedy ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues to determine and execute appropriate repair activities that will return equipment, system, or network to proper operational status
• Lead or serve as a member of a team to conduct new installations and/or life cycle upgrades for shipboard ADP/IT networks
• Work with shipboard personnel and/or other network support vendors to resolve computer network issues
• Prepare and submit daily work reports
IAT Level 2 (Security + or equivalent) required
Travel Required
