Summary:
• Develop and modernize Java and Angular applications with a PostgreSQL backend, deployed on Apache Tomcat.
• Migrate to Spring Boot, containerization with Docker, and AWS cloud services.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and database interactions.
• Analyze requirements, perform software development and testing, and create technical documentation.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, utilizing GitLab CI/CD, Jira, and Confluence.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $303k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Analyze user and system requirements to design and implement software solutions.
• Develop, test, debug, and maintain Java and Angular applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, service integrations, and PostgreSQL database components.
• Support application modernization efforts, including migration to Spring Boot, microservices, and containerization (Docker).
• Implement and maintain document parsing and data processing capabilities, supporting AWS cloud migration.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Utilize GitLab CI/CD, Jira, and Confluence for development and delivery activities.
• Demonstrate expertise in Software Testing, Requirements Analysis, Software Development, Database Engineering, and Technical Writing.
