Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Teamcenter Systems Administrator to support a large-scale aerospace and defense digital engineering program. The Teamcenter Systems Administrator will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and sustaining Siemens Teamcenter environments supporting advanced aircraft platforms across a mission-critical government initiative. This position will be onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio and requires an active Secret clearance!
Responsibilities of the Teamcenter Systems Administrator:
• Lead architecture, design, installation, configuration, and administration of Teamcenter environments
• Support full lifecycle efforts including build, deployment, release management, upgrades, and patching
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend PLM system issues to ensure system stability and performance
• Serve as a technical advisor on environment sustainment, ensuring systems remain secure, compliant, and operational
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product architects, infrastructure engineers, and solution architects
• Support digital engineering initiatives for aircraft systems including F-16, F-15, B-21, and related platforms
• Maintain and optimize Linux and Oracle-based environments supporting Teamcenter implementations
• Drive continuous process improvements and establish best practices within PLM system administration
• Operate in a customer-facing environment supporting enterprise-level stakeholders
Qualifications of the Teamcenter Systems Administrator:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Teamcenter administration, installation, and configuration
• Experience implementing Teamcenter solutions within regulated industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, automotive, or life sciences
• Strong backend troubleshooting experience within PLM systems (not end-user support)
• Experience working in customer-facing technical environments
• Familiarity with Siemens Xcelerator platform preferred
• Experience with Linux and Oracle environments
• CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
• Strong communication, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's Degree required
Compensation for the Teamcenter Systems Administrator includes:
• Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000
