Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Administrator to support our client located in Newington, VA. The Program Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to program leadership and customer stakeholders, ensuring seamless daily execution and effective communication across the program. This role plays a key part in maintaining program organization, documentation, and coordination activities.
Responsibilities of the Program Administrator include:
· Coordinate with program management and customer stakeholders to maintain operational awareness
· Generate and distribute meeting minutes while tracking action items to completion
· Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
· Support program deliverable reporting and maintain PMO documentation
· Facilitate communication across teams to ensure timely and accurate information sharing
· Maintain schedules, calendars, and customer engagements
· Organize and manage documentation using internal systems and productivity tools
Qualifications for the Program Administrator include:
· Active TS/SCI clearance
· Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
· 2+ years of relevant administrative or program support experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience with scheduling, documentation management, and customer communication tools
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized records
Compensation for the Program Administrator includes:
· Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 based on experience
