Description:Financial Analyst Staff - F-35 Sustainment - Level 4
Location: Fort Worth TX
What You Will Be Doing
This position will report to the F-35 Sr Business Manager for Sustainment contracts. The role includes involvement in proposal support and reviews, budget development and baselining of new contracts, monthly review of cost and profit changes, quarterly CSR development and review/approval of contract changes. In this highly visible role, the selected candidate will interface with the Program Managers of their contracts, Program Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning and Analysis and Government counterparts as required.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with a strong foundation in program financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and contract execution. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can leverage your analytical skills to support proposal development, establish financial baselines, monitor cost and profit performance, and provide meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Your ability to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and support contract performance enables you to contribute to the successful execution of complex sustainment programs.
You excel at building relationships and collaborating across cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Program Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Government stakeholders. Comfortable operating in a highly visible environment, you possess strong communication and organizational skills that allow you to effectively present information, support Contract Status Reviews (CSRs), manage contract changes, and influence key business decisions. Your commitment to accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement makes you a trusted business partner and valuable contributor to program success.
***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.***
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years or more of professional experience
- Experience with Earned Value (EV) applications.
- Experience with US Government reporting requirements, i.e. Cost Performance Reports (CPR), Contract Fund Status Reports (CFSR), etc.
- Experience with contract / proposal processes and procedures.
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) / Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with LM Aeronautics business systems including SAP, CostView/COBRA, ADAR, Hyperion and others.
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) - working knowledge of Orders, Sales, Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) and Cash
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
