Description:
You will be the Systems Engineer Stf for the Integration and Test team within Simulation System Test (SST) which is responsible for system integration and verification/validation of software-intensive systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer Sr you will be responsible for defining verification methods and associated System Integration Lab (SIL) capabilities, creating, maintaining, and executing verification procedures, and reporting test results including status, formal reports, and problem reports.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
• Experience integrating and testing hardware and/or software
Desired Skills:
• Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) System integration lab.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile team environment
• Experience with tracking tools (JIRA, GitLab, GitHub, etc)
• Eggplant, Cucumber or other system test automation tooling
• Experience with Omniview and Mission Planning conops
• Ability to develop and communicate long term hardware integration strategies
• Experience developing BOEs to support proposals
• Technical leadership experience of small teams
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics
• Security+ Certification
• TS/SCI Clearance will be required for this role (Secret to start with Investigation in last 6 years)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
