Shifts: Must be available to work 1st or 2nd Shift
1st: 5:30am - 2:00pm ; 2nd: 1:30pm - 10:00pm
Active Secret Clearance preferred
Bachelor's Degree Required and 10+ years of experience

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide Design and Shipside Engineering services for a military platform for insulation designs, aircraft monument designs, change orders, and drawing revisions in CATIA, ENOVIA, and IVT.
• Serve as the Shipside Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Insulation Design and immediately contribute to the team's velocity of work products.
• Work is performed in San Antonio, Texas, in a controlled area and requires an active Secret Clearance.
• Provide shipside support in an austere environment, including climbing scaffolding and working inside a platform while modifications are in progress.

Education / Experience:

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., PhD + 4 years' related work experience, Master + 7 years' related work experience).
• In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
