- You will serve as the facilities management subject matter expert and manage a portfolio of projects.
- You will be responsible for program development and coordination of the planning, design, inspection, maintenance, repair, and modification of real property across the IW domain.
- You will evaluate project plans, statements of work and performance work statements, and validate resource requirements for IW facility projects.
- You will work closely with host commands and stakeholders to evaluate proposed facilities, analyze findings, and provide recommendations to address facility capability gaps.
- You will work closely with engineering staff to manage space assignments and develop recommendations for addressing space deficiencies, which includes initiating projects of varying sizes.
- You will obtain and provide budget inputs to the NAVIFOR N8 via the Facilities Director and ACOS N4 for upcoming fiscal years.
- You will perform other duties as assigned.

- Experience displaying broad knowledge in multiple disciplines including construction, facilities, and environmental as related to federal government installations at a level sufficient to accomplish the variety of tasks in assigned areas, while being cognizant of established policies, and practices within the Department of the Navy and other DoD agencies.
- Experience applying engineering/facility management principles and standards to identify, analyze, and make recommendations on how to resolve issues based on requirements, available resources, and schedule.
- Experience demonstrating an understanding of facility management concepts, principles, practices, procedures, policies, and standards for participation and leadership in working groups and teams.
- Experience preparing and presenting both oral and written briefings on facility status and readiness for projects of interest to IW leadership at all levels.
