Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Driver Patrol Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a defense-related location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or badges, and help to support restricted area access procedures in accordance with post orders and client guidelines.
• Maintain readiness to perform armed post duties in alignment with site policies, applicable laws, and Allied Universal standards while using sound judgment during routine and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
