Job Description
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support the material and logistical needs of our Oklahoma City site. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations through coordination with onsite teams, external customers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will help maintain seamless communication, resolve issues promptly, and ensure alignment with operational requirements.

This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations through coordination with onsite teams, external customers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will help maintain seamless communication, resolve issues promptly, and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day material and logistics operations
- Coordinate with onsite teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners
- Assist in resolving supply chain and inventory-related issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse operations
- Ensure alignment with operational and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Minimum 1+ year of supply chain experience
- Minimum 3+ years of warehouse inventory experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Example: 4+ years of related work experience in lieu of formal education
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to collaborate effectively across teams
- Comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment
- Reliable and proactive in addressing challenges
