PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Product Review Engineer 3, in Mesa, AZ. Job ID#218588
Job Description:
Applies Design Principles in conjunction with Material Review Board (MRB) processes to disposition discrepant products during initial fabrication and installation of electrical wire harnesses
Provides on-site, direct engineering support to Operations partners
Must be willing to support a 3 x 12 shift, Friday through Sunday, in an Operations/Production environment
Preferred Skills:
Familiar with electrical fabrication and installation planning of electrical wire harnesses
Prior commercial airplane (BCA), or defense (BDS) systems knowledge
Prior knowledge of VC25 or 747 airplane design principles, including wiring diagrams, specifications
Prior Boeing MRB experience preferred
Required Skills:
US Citizen and/or US Person s status
Engineering or technical degree from an ABET (preferred) accredited college
Capable of reviewing and interpreting electrical drawing diagrams, schematics, and specifications
Education / Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
