Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, including real-time and embedded systems.
• Requires expertise in algorithm development, software testing, requirements analysis, systems engineering, and database engineering.
• Design, code, debug, and integrate software components.
• Develop data queries and system documentation.
• Apply mathematical models.
• Lead software development teams and coordinate with hardware engineers throughout the full life cycle software development process.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $305k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements.
• Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and resolve software problem reports.
• Utilize software development and design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
• Provide specific input to system design, including hardware/software trade-offs and requirements analysis.
• Key skills include Software Development, Software Testing, Algorithm Development, Requirements Analysis, Systems Engineering, Database Engineering, Mathematics, Communications/Technical Writing, Integration and Test (I&T), Technical Team Leadership, Hardware Engineering, Embedded Systems, and Full life cycle software development.
