Job Description
The Custodial Supervisor oversees the custodial team, ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of facility spaces. Responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and enforcing cleaning procedures and safety protocols according to contract requirements
T eam Supervision:
• Lead, schedule, and supervise custodial staff.
• Implement quality control checks and enforce safety standards. Operations & Oversight:
• Assign cleaning tasks and monitor completion.
• Handle inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies. Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with facility maintenance standards.
• Prepare reports on custodial team performance and issues. Working Conditions:
• Work in office and facility environments; may require coverage outside standard hours. Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift cleaning equipment and supplies; work standing or walking for extended periods.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Secret Clearance required.
• High school diploma required.
• 3-4 years of custodial supervisory experience
