Job Description
The Trade Supervisors (Foremen) are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of skilled trade workers-including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, welders, and others-to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This position ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies and maintains effective project schedules and resource allocation.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate skilled trade teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of trade workers. Project Oversight:
• Ensure work is performed according to project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Oversee project schedules and resource management. Compliance & Quality Control:
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Inspect work performed and enforce corrective measures as needed. Working Conditions:
• Work in office, shop, and field environments; may require after-hours or emergency response. Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift tools and materials; stand, walk, and work in varied conditions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Secret Clearance required.
• 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a facilities management discipline.
• Demonstrated supervisory and technical expertise in facility O&M or construction trades.
