Serco has a GEOINT Analyst position on Peterson Space Force Base, CO. This Senior GEOINT Analyst will be supporting our DoD customer as an integral part of the Serco team! The mission of the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) GEOINT Branch is to support the USASMDC, USSPACECOM, USSTRATCOM, and USNORTHCOM.
This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
You will be part of a 20-25 member team that works closely with the customer and other Serco team members to deliver quality GEOINT products and support to USASMDC in Colorado Springs, CO (Peterson SFB). Our team provides state-of-the-art, full-spectrum GEOINT (FSG) analysis and reporting in response to validated Requests for Information (RFIs) as well as US Army federated and SMDC internal GEOINT support plans using single-source intelligence reporting, all-source intelligence reporting, and Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) data.
The applicant will use state-of-the-art and innovative techniques and applications to produce advanced GEOINT analysis utilizing Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Spectral, Polarimetric, Thermal, Panchromatic, topographic, GIS, using the latest commercial and/or DOD and US Government imagery data, and Commercial Off-the Shelf /Government Off the Shelf (COTS/GOTS) analysis software.

In this role, you will:
- Perform literal and non-literal FSG analysis to create complex GEOINT reports in a high production environment.
- Translates GEOINT requirements into appropriate requests for imagery or queries using all available imaging sensors or GEOINT data bases.
- Interacts with professional colleagues to communicate/research mission, issues, and geospatial requirements.
- Download web-based data and prepare/process for exploitation and report generation.
- Generate timely, relevant GEOINT analysis reports to suit or exceed customer needs.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- An active DoD Top Secret security clearance w/ SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI).
- A U.S. citizenship
- A Bachelor's Degree
- OR an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience.
- An expert understanding of GEOINT analytic tools such as SOCET GXP, Cedalion, SOM and other IC tools.
- Practical knowledge of Structured Object Management (SOM).
- Familiarity with the Army GETS reporting and dissemination tool.
- Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) tools and databases.
- Experience with Space/Counterspace.
- Possess strong research and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- An excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- To perform and conduct quality control of advanced imagery processing and analysis to solve complex tactical and strategic intelligence problems.
- To be proficient in integrating FSG data with other intelligence disciplines.
- To demonstrate a capability to interact professionally with senior members of the Command and partner organizations.
- The ability to travel 10%.
