Job Description
Salesforce Junior Developer
Location: Remote
Required Clearance: Public Trust

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems in Salesforce, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- Support configuration tasks including workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports.
- Participate in requirementâgathering sessions and help document technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support deployments through established changeâmanagement processes.
- Maintain compliance with federal security, accessibility, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and agency policies.
Required Skills:
- Foundational knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, LWC, or similar).
- Understanding of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities.
- Strong problemâsolving skills and willingness to learn in a structured environment.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I)
