Job Description
TEKsystems is seeking a NOC Technician whos work will directly impact mission critical operations by ensuring systems stay secure, operational, and available worldwide.

- NOC / NOSC Support
What You’ll Do:
- Provide Tier II support for systems, applications, and hardware issues.
- Perform STIGs, IAVA remediation, and system hardening.
- Support Active Directory (account creation, unlocking, access issues).
- Image systems and configure BIOS (SCCM / PXE boot).
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated help desk issues.
- Monitor, track, and resolve incidents in a NOC environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to restore services.
- Escalate complex issues and support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree + 7+ years of IT experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance (or active TS with ability to get an SCI sponsored)
- Experience in NOC/NOSC environment
- Hands-on experience with imaging, AD, and system support
