Job Description
SMX is seeking Joint Operations Campaign Planner to support military operations within the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). The Joint Operations Campaign Planners will shepherd OAIs within their assigned portfolio area from inception to completion and as directed by COMSOCPAC and the SOCPAC Director of Operations (SOJ3). Best candidate must be self-starter, able to work well with multiple stakeholders, and lead working groups to achieve desired outcomes.
This position requires a current active DoD Top Secret SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.
This position is full-time onsite in Aiea, Hawaii.

The proposed salary for this position is:
$125,000 - $153,000 USD

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, resourcing, and coordinating OAIs across multiple agencies including (but not limited to): USINDOPACOM, USSOCOM, SOCPAC, MARFORPAC, USARPAC, PACAF, Interagency, partners and allies.
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, and validating tasks and deliverables.
- Responsible for tracking and executing programmatic details within their assigned portfolio.
- Interfacing with next levels of management within the SOJ3.
- Ensuring that new team members are easily integrated into the CFT.
- Must contribute to knowledge management within the CFT.
- Lead or present formal and informal meetings related to portfolio OAIs to a variety of audiences.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a GO/FO multi-star level conducting tactical, operational planning to achieve strategic effects.
- Minimum five out of the last ten years supporting or conducting OAIs in the Indo-Pacific theater.
- Must possess excellent oral, writing and coordination skills to communicate information clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of force disposition, maritime and special operations is compulsory.
- Must possess Top Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible.
